We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to find out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband very first left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that following 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any far more. He stated he required time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a significant amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he stated he needed to set himself up in a brand new place to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and completely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have yet another woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was yet another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and also the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just after he had left our client.
We were able to offer our client with all of the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had most likely been having an affair with this woman for numerous years.
